Sara Avant Stover began her travels at the age of 20 while studying at the University of Ghana in Accra and then traveling solo through West Africa.  The next year she moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand, where she lived and worked for 9 years. During that time she traveled extensively through Asia; and, as one of the leaders in the yoga community there, taught classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings not only in Thailand but also throughout Asia and Europe.  An E-RYT 500, Anusara-Inspired Yoga teacher, and director of a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance school, Sara has been a devoted student of yoga since 1996 and Insight Meditation since 1999, when she sat her first 10- day retreat at Thai monastery.  Also a

Peter Billig first traveled abroad as a student to Prague, Czech Republic while studying at Georgetown University.   Two years later he traveled again to Guatemala to fulfill his dream of becoming fluent in Spanish.  Awed by the magic and transformation of travel,  Peter took several more trips in the following years,  exploring, living and working in  much of Central & South America, Mexico, Europe, and Asia.  During that time In 2000 Peter took an epic journey overland from Spain to Thailand, experiencing the 10-day Trans-Siberian Express train through Russia. In India, Peter took his first yoga classes and began his meditation practice by taking a 10 day Vipassana course. Peter enjoys a daily meditation practice influenced by Vipassna and Insight traditions and studies yoga with John Friend, Amy Ippolitti, Jeanie Manchester, and Richard Freeman. Engaged in the modern world, he runs a successful IT consulting business in Boulder, CO.
